Join us Monday, December 5th at 7:00 p.m. for an amazing evening of music, fellowship, dessert, and a time to reflect on God sending us His Son. This evening, for ages high school and older, is always a special time to reconnect with old friends, make new ones and invite those outside of our church family. The women are served tea and coffee by the men in our church and enjoy a much-needed break from the hustle and bustle of the season. Childcare will be provided nursery through 5th grade. Registration is strongly encouraged and can be done online November 9th- December 2nd at gashland.org/tea or at the registration tables Sunday mornings November 13th, 20th and 27th. There is also a place to note childcare needs and volunteer ability on the registration form. Doors open at 6:45 pm on the 7th. We hope to see you at this highly anticipated event!

Hostess Information
This year we are in need of 25 table hostesses to set and decorate the tables for this special evening. This role can be divided among friends and each hostess can decide the look and feel of their table as well as help those seated with them feel at home. Please consider serving in this role! We are also in need of women to help greet and seat at the arrival as well as women to provide desserts for each table. Please indicate any area you are willing to volunteer on the registration form. And encourage your men to come and help serve and build relationships with the other men as well. Misson Collection
This year’s Christmas Tea mission collection will again benefit expressed needs of neighboring North Kansas City schools. The schools have expressed a need for the following specific items:
- Glue sticks
- Kleenex
- hand sanitizer
- crayons
- construction paper
- Ticonderoga pencils
- loose leaf paper
- plastic folders with prongs
- binders
- pink erasers
- stickers
- small trinkets for prizes
- ear buds/headphones for computer
- board games
- animal crackers
- winter gloves and hats
- and so much more!
